Security Deposit: I agree to provide a security deposit of £0.00 upon vehicle pick-up. This deposit will be refunded at the end of the rental period, minus any charges for damages, excess mileage, or other fees incurred. 2. Fuel I agree to returning the vehicle with the same level of fuel as when it was on hire. An additional refuelling fee of £2.00 Ltr will be charged if the vehicle is returned with less fuel than noted on the form. Wrong fueling will also result on a charge set by a third party company. 3. Mileage Limitation The rental includes 50 miles per day which is multiplied by the days of hire. Any additional mileage will be charged at £2.00 per mile. 4. Charges while on hire I agree that I am responsible for all costs associated with all traffic violations. Parking tickets, recovery, speeding, fix penalties 5. Insurance: I agree that I am responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period. This includes external and internal of the vehicle on hire. If involved in a road traffic accident where the hire vehicle is being repaired by an insurance claim a £2000.00 excess will be required and paid directly to ProTouch. If the vehicle damage is to be repaired out with an insurance claim this will be billed at set rate of issued by ProTouch. 6. Late Return I agree a late fee of £150 per day will be charged for returns beyond the agreed return date. Unless authorised by ProTouch if your repair needs extended. We reserves the right to report the vehicle as stolen. 7. Prohibited Use: I agree not to use the vehicle for any illegal purposes, racing, off-road driving, or transporting hazardous materials or food delivery services. 8. Customer use of Vehicle and pet transport policies I agree no smoking drink or food and transporting pets unless authorised by ProTouch prior to hire. 9. Maintenance I agree to inform ProTouch promptly of any mechanical issues or maintenance needs. ProTouch will cover the costs of regular maintenance and repairs not caused by misuse while on hire. 10. Condition of the Vehicle I acknowledges receiving the vehicle in good condition and agrees to return it in the same condition. Failure to return the vehicle in a re-hire condition will result in valeting charge set by a third party company. 11. Vehicle tracker & Dash Cam I acknowledge that the vehicle is fitted with a tracker and front/ rear dash cams that tracks my speed, braking and location. 12. Damage to vehicle while on hire I agree to pay costs of repair to the hired vehicle if damaged while on hire. This will be set by ProTouch and invoice provided for the repairs to be carried out. 13.
