A summary of Protouch from the beginning to the present
HOW DID IT ALL START ?
2015
After a five year apprenticeship in Edinburgh ProTouch Automotive was established in 2015 by Brad Gill. With a passion for cars and fixing things this was the perfect match. The aim of the business was to provide a friendly professional service to clients in the Edinburgh and Lothians area.
2016
For the next year ProTouch would carry out repairs from a fully fitted Mobile Repair Van. This allowed Protouch to carry out small to medium size repairs to customers cars at their home or work. A rolling advert for the business and to show Edinburgh and Lothians what ProTouch could carry out.
2017 - 2018
After carrying out mobile repairs for a year. With a bigger demand for larger more complex repairs. We decided to move into our first small workshop. This allowed ProTouch to carry out larger repairs for our clients regardless of the weather. Ensuring all our repairs were carried out in a controlled workshop environment.
2019 - PRESENT
From what started as a mobile repair van to our new workshop situated at Loanhead. We have grown over the years to be an established bodyshop. With dedicated repair bays, fully sealed spray booth and reception area to greet customers. Our new workshop allows Protouch to carry out numerous repairs at once providing a high quality service and fast turn around. The workshop is clean and modern and allows us to carry out any size of repair to any make and model of vehicle.
